Automatic Google review requests from QuickBooks Online

The best time to ask for a review is right after a customer pays. InvoiceStars watches your QuickBooks Online invoices. When one is paid in full, it sends that customer a short, polite request to review you on Google.

How it works

  1. Connect QuickBooks Online. Sign in with Intuit. This is a native integration (Intuit OAuth plus webhooks), so there is no Zapier to set up.
  2. Add your Google review link. We send customers straight to your Google review form.
  3. Get paid as usual. When an invoice balance hits $0, InvoiceStars sends the request. Deposits and partial payments are skipped.
  4. One reminder, then it stops. If the customer does not respond, they get one follow-up at most.

How does it connect to QuickBooks?

It is a native QuickBooks Online integration. You connect with Intuit's own sign-in (OAuth), and QuickBooks webhooks tell InvoiceStars when a payment comes in. You do not need Zapier.

What if a customer pays a deposit first?

Nothing is sent until the invoice balance is $0. Deposits and partial payments do not trigger a request.

Does InvoiceStars change anything in my QuickBooks?

No. It only reads the customer, invoice and payment data it needs to send requests.

Does it send email or text messages?

Can I approve requests before they go out?

Yes. Turn on approval mode and each request waits for you to approve it before it is sent.
