Why it exists

Many small businesses already send every invoice from QuickBooks Online, but asking for Google reviews depends on someone remembering. InvoiceStars ties the ask to the moment an invoice is paid in full, so every finished, paid job gets one polite request, without new software for the team.

How we handle data

QuickBooks Online: InvoiceStars connects with Intuit's sign-in (OAuth) and only reads the customer, invoice and payment data it needs. It does not change anything in QuickBooks.
Review Score checker: ratings and review counts are looked up fresh from Google each time. InvoiceStars stores only Google place IDs for the checker, not ratings or review counts.
Google's rules: InvoiceStars asks every paid customer, offers no incentives and does not filter out unhappy customers.

Trigger: a QuickBooks Online invoice paid in full (balance $0) sends that customer a Google review request email. Deposits and partial payments do not.
Send delay: 2 days after payment by default, adjustable from 0 to 30 days.
Cooldown: each customer is asked at most once every 90 days.
B2B: ap@ and billing@ style inboxes are skipped.
Channels: email now; SMS is coming.
Price: $25/month per location. No setup fee.
