Google reviews for pest control companies that bill in QuickBooks
Short answer: How can a pest control company get more Google reviews from QuickBooks? InvoiceStars emails each customer a Google review request when their QuickBooks Online invoice is paid in full, 2 days later by default (adjustable 0 to 30 days). Each customer is asked at most once in 90 days, and ap@ and billing@ inboxes are skipped.
Pest control mixes one-time treatments with monthly or quarterly service plans. A one-time job is a natural review moment; a recurring plan needs a cap so customers aren't asked every visit.

How InvoiceStars handles it
- A one-time treatment invoice paid in full triggers a request after the send delay.
- Recurring service invoices are covered by the 90-day cooldown, so a quarterly customer is asked at most once per 90 days.
- Commercial accounts that pay through ap@ or billing@ addresses are skipped automatically.
- The send delay defaults to 2 days; a longer delay (up to 30 days) lets a treatment show results first.
How it works
- Connect QuickBooks Online.
- Add your Google review link.
- When an invoice is paid in full (balance $0), InvoiceStars asks that customer for a Google review by email (and SMS when switched on).

FAQ
Will my monthly service customers get a request every month?
No. Each customer is asked at most once every 90 days.
Should I wait until the treatment has worked?
You can. The default delay is 2 days, and you can set it anywhere from 0 to 30 days.
What about commercial accounts paid by an accounts-payable team?
Invoices paid from ap@ or billing@ email addresses are skipped, since the person paying usually isn't the person who saw the work.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google prohibits incentives for reviews. InvoiceStars sends a plain request to every paying customer.
